Raise a puppy

Do you love dogs? Do you want to gain new experience with dog training?

Become a trainer

• you are an integral part of the Medical Assistance Dogs team

• you do not need any special education, experienced trainers will train you and help you with education

• you’ll have a dog at home for about 18 months

• you walk the dog wherever it goes

• you teach the dog socialization - the dog must respond calmly to the surrounding events, learn to behave calmly on the street, in vehicles, must not be afraid of surrounding sounds. You also teach the dog basic commands 

• you participate in regular trainings, which take place once a month, and a reconditioning stay, which takes place once a year

• after the transition of the dog from education to training with the owner, you still have the opportunity to be in contact with the dog and its owner
  
  

Become a volunteer

• take part in public events with us as a hostess, photographer, driver or seller of charity items

• come help with merchandise or sell it at a charity event

• be a runner at events - at reconditioning stays, trainings or joint meetings

• get involved in public relations, fundraising or administration

• help us with graphics and printing

• become the proofreader of our texts

• translate to english

As a volunteer at Medical Assistance Dogs, you have a contractually guaranteed status, you are insured against property damage, you get quality training and professional guidance by a volunteer coordinator.

All costs associated with education are covered by us.

Can you volunteer?

Anyone who is over 18 years of age, has an active interest in volunteering and finds meaning in the activities of our organization can volunteer.
